Located in the Ballina Shire – 25mins south of Byron Bay, High Street Farm offers a warm, friendly, Horse friendly Bed & Breakfast – Farm Stay experience.
Stay in our charming farmhouse on 83 sprawling acres on the banks of the Richmond River, an ideal getaway that is accessible, comfortable, well priced & a stay not to be forgotten.
Your hosts Shey & Talitha will make you feel at home right away, with a large furnished room, polished floorboards, private verandah, and plenty of space for walking, relaxing & taking in the sights of the natural flora & fauna.

Your accomodation consists of comfortable, furnished rooms, caravan sites or camping. 
All accomodation is horse friendly with private yards available, stables & paddocks.
There is parking for horse floats / trucks, the fencing is all new & safe, there is a wash bay with hot water, a big sandy area for flat work, tracks for trail riding, and a feeding service available so you can sleep in!  Horses must be up to date with tetanus & Hendra Virus. 

Our local Horse Beach is Patches Beach, 10 mins drive away & is breathtaking! Wide open beaches that stretch all the way to South Ballina. 

The township of Wardell has an Historic Pub, Service Station, Post Office, Take Away & Clothing Boutique, all a horseback ride from the Farm. 
There is also a boat ramp available for Public use. 

Room Rates include Breakfast @ $90 per night (based on double room – extra persons add $30 per night) 
School Holiday Rate $120 per night ( based on double room – extra persons add $35 per night )
