APSB : Established in 1931, the APSB is the oldest stud book society for ponies in Australia, recording the pedigrees of ten pure pony breeds, Shetland, Australian, Fell, Hackney Pony and Horse, New Forest, Connemara, Highland, Dartmoor, Welsh Mountain and Welsh Sections B – C – D and the Fjord Horse.The first recorded pony breeds to arrive in Australia during the 1800s included purebred Shetland, Welsh Mountain, Welsh of Cob Type, English Hackney Horse and Hackney Pony as well as Timor Exmoor and Hungarian ponies.With the establishment of the Australian Pony Stud Book, the pedigrees of the most influential of these bloodlines and their descendants were recorded in Volume One of the Society’s Stud Book.…

The Australasian Gypsy Horse Society is a non profit organisation to register and promote all Gypsy Horses and their derivatives in Australia and New Zealand.

International Drum Horse Association:
The International Drum Horse Association was founded to promote and preserve the Drum Horse here in America and abroad. Originally found only in England in service to the Queen, the Drum Horse has arrived in this country and is already creating quite a stir.
Our mission is to fill the niche demand for a tall athletic heavy riding horse, and do so with a new breed rather than creating other types within other breeds. This preserves the Clydesdale, Shire and Gypsy Horse breeds as they should be, and provides a new breed to fill the desire of a riding horse with the best attributes of these other breeds. We will do this with full focus and attention on creating and promoting the International Drum Horse into a true breed for the future.
